NAMM: A New World of Sounds on Metal Planet

Rocktron has released the "high octane" Metal Planet distortion pedal. Equipped with a 4 band EQ specifically designed for guitar distortion with separate level and distortion controls, the Metal Planet allows for a wide range of tones from scooped heavy metal tones to more modern rock tones.

Controls include Level, Low, High and Middle to adjust the mid frequencies' bite of the distorted sound, while the Middle Frequency control adjusts the actual midrange EQ sweep. A Distortion control adjusts the amount of distortion in the signal.

Housed in Rocktron's extruded aluminum chassis, the Metal Planet offers an easy-access battery compartment which makes changing batteries a breeze. A super bright blue LED that tells you when the pedal hits the metal.
