Sabian has expanded its HHX cymbal series with the 14" and 15" HHXplosion Crashes. HHX uses a special 'Tone Projection' feature that combines traditional tone with modern projection. Super-sized 'Tone Projector' hammering, a raw bell, narrow pin-lathing, and other techniques are utilized by Sabian artisans as they handcraft HHXplosion crashes for full, rapid responses that 'explode' with warm, colorful sounds that are fast and penetrating. This line extension of smaller sizes – HHXplosion crashes in sizes 16" through 19" are already available – offers players of all styles a choice of crashes with the sounds of HHX in models that are fast and splashy. Commented Sabian senior marketing manager, Wayne Blanchard: "The 'Tone Projection' feature that has made HHX so popular is what makes HHXplosion crashes so effective. These 14" and 15" sizes are all the more effective for this innovative feature, with their sounds being boosted and enhanced to make them surprisingly rich." All HHXplosion Crashes are now available exclusively in Sabian's highly buffed Brilliant Finish. They are covered by a two-year warranty that protects them against faults attributable to materials and craftsmanship. For more information, visit their web site at http://www.sabian.com/.
