New at the Summer NAMM show from Fender Audio are two powered mixers being added to its growing family of pro audio products. Both the new SR8500 and SR6300 are the popular "box" style powered mixers and have been designed by Fender's team of engineers in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The SR8500 is an 8 channel, stereo 250Wrms (500W bridged) powered mixer that features digital effects, including chorus, delay, hall and room reverb. Each channel has separate high, mid, low, level, monitor and effects send controls, and each power amp has a 7-band graphic EQ. It also features switched 46V phantom power. US MSRP is $799.99.
The SR6300 is a 6 channel, stereo 150Wrms (300W bridged) powered mixer that features digital effects, including chorus, delay, hall and room reverb. Each channel has separate high, mid, low, level, monitor and effects send controls, and each power amp has a 7-band graphic EQ. It also features switched 48V phantom power. US MSRP is $699.99.
