Fender announced that it has once again teamed up with renowned bass player and Fender Signature Artist, Reggie Hamilton, to create an all-new signature instrument bearing his name.
The Fender Reggie Hamilton Jazz Bass body is fitted with both an American Series Precision Bass pickup and a custom Noiseless Jazz Bass pickup. Both of the pickups can be controlled in active or passive mode via the mini active/passive switch on the pickguard, offering an array of classic Precision Bass and Jazz Bass guitar tone with one single instrument.
The alder body is available in both Black and Three-Color Sunburst options, and the maple neck comes with a 20 fret rosewood fingerboard. Additional features include Fender '70s stamped open gear tuning machines, and a Hipshot Bass Xtender Drop D tuning key on the "E" string.
