January 19, 2001Responding to the popular demand of guitarists everywhere, Yamaha
Pro Audio & Combo Division, Guitar Products, combines the features of its
award-winning DG80 digital guitar amplifier and the new DG Stomp preamp in the

The affordably priced DG60FX-112 is at home in the studio, on the stage or
on the road, and is currently available. Players of all genres will benefit from
the amp's versatility and variety of on-board amp sounds and effects. These include:

effects (chorus, flanger, phaser, tape echo, delay and tremolo), three reverbs
and a compressor. The unit also features 180 patches (90 preset/90 user) and a
fully programmable "wah" with optional expression pedal.
"The DG60FX-112 provides guitarists with an amplified version of the popular
DG Stomp," states David Bergstrom, director of marketing, Combo Group. "Like
the other DG products, we've incorporated cutting-edge technology, yet kept it
surprisingly affordable."
Sixteen cabinet types, both vintage and contemporary, are available for the
DG60FX-112, and are available in a variety of configurations. The units also contains
a user-friendly input and output design, 48K digital output for direct digital
