With artist signature guitar models from George Benson to Steve Vai, Ibanez may be the top company for famous signature guitars. Now they may be the first with a new wrinkle: co-signature models. "Head and Munky of Korn are one of the biggest reasons for the success of the 7-string solid body guitar," said Masashi Inoue. "They both wanted the exactly same features in their instruments, so thats why youve got two artists as signatures on one style of instrument." One new feature on the new K7 models was actually conceived and named by the dynamic Korn duo themselves: the U-Bar tremolo system which allows players to palm the bridge to achieve tremolo effects without palming the fine tuners. The two Korn co-signature models are the K7FB in Firespeak Blue and the K7BG in Blade Gray.
