"Dan Dean Solo Woodwinds" for GigaSampler and GigaStudio sets new levels of excellence in playability and sound quality; Dan Dean, announces the release of his new "Dan Dean Solo Woodwinds" CD-ROM library for GigaSampler and GigaStudio today. Priced at $549 (US), this trend-setting library features chromatically/multi-sampled Bassoon, Contrabassoon, Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Flute, Piccolo, Alto Flute, Bass Flute, Oboe and English Horn (Single instruments will also be available at $99.00 per instrument). All of the instruments were recorded in stereo using our proprietary recording techniques and encoded with Apogee's UV-22 process. This ensures the integrity of the instrument's true sound is maintained throughout the recording, and final processing. Each and every note of all of the instruments has been chromatically sampled in up to 6 layers of dynamics (pp through ff) for realistic and accurate performances. Most instruments include: basic legato non-vibrato, legato vibrato, portamento and staccato articulations.
