Advertisement The new audio/video mixer power-amplifier is designed for a wide range of applications, including corporate boardrooms, conference rooms, houses of worship and sports/karaoke bars. "This new mixer incorporates a number of powerful features," said Paul Foschino, marketing manager for professional audio products at Sony Electronics' Broadcast and Professional Company. "Cost-effective and flexible, the unit has all the key elements of an outstanding presentation system within a rugged, compact design. A particular strong point is a built-in video switcher that facilitates easy selection of a monitor or projector and the corresponding audio sources." The SRP-X351P mixer also offers four balanced XLR mic channels with switchable 48V phantom power; three stereo line inputs; stereo and master record outputs, as well as Echo send out and mic group out that allow for flexible system configuration and easy expansion; and wireless tuner options. Two plug-in slots are located on the back of the unit to accommodate Sony's UHF tuner modules (WRU-801A or WRU-806A) with a built-in antenna divider. Additional key features include:
