Alvarez Guitars announced they are now offering the Alvarez RD20 guitar with a solid spruce top, resulting in a more musical and tone producing instrument, and have added several new options to this popular low cost model.
The Alvarez RD20SC ($429.00 list) is a dreadnought sized guitar with a rounded cutaway, featuring a solid select spruce top matched to mahogany back and sides with contrasting black/white binding finished in a natural gloss. The fast action mahogany neck features white dot fret position marker on a rosewood fingerboard with chrome die-cast tuning machines.
The Alvarez RD20SCBK ($439.00 list) shares the same features as the Alvarez RD20SC but is offered in a high gloss black finish.
The Alvarez RD20SCSB ($439.00 list) shares the same features as the Alvarez RD20SC but is offered in a three tone sunburst finish.
The Alvarez RD20S12 ($389.00 list) is a dreadnought sized twelve string guitar featuring a solid select spruce top matched to mahogany back and sides with contrasting black/white binding finished in a natural gloss.
