"The recent launch of the new online support and information center,
TCSupportInterActive, accessible from all TC Group websites, has provided us
with a lot of additional user feedback," says International Marketing
Manager, Stephan Israel. He continues, "All this input has been analyzed and
distributed to the relevant people giving them important information for
further improvements."
"Having been running for only a couple of months the first result of
TCSupportInterActive has now generated a new software release for the
G-Major Guitar Effects processor - a three-band EQ now downloadable from our
website," Stephans explains.
The new EQ effect is an addition to the existing seven Effects included in
the G-Major, giving the possibility of using a grand total of eight Effects
simultaneously. It is a three-band parametric EQ incl. Gain, Bandwidth and
Freq on all three bands. The new EQ is preset dependant adding full
flexibility in each preset and it resides in the gate block.
