Building upon the design of the Micro Tube OverDrive, Siegmund Guitars & Amplifiers has introduced the Micro Tube DoubleDrive, a tube preamp, built around two miniaturized preamp tubes. These special purpose tubes were developed by the military to operate smoothly under extreme conditions with maximum life span.

The audio properties of these tubes are presented in this triple/dual gain stage footswitchable preamp. A compact design, the Micro Tube DoubleDrive adds the natural & warm character associated with tubes to any signal. Possible applications include:

• Volume Boost - Overdrive - Distortion for Guitar/Bass
• Directly drive a poweramp
• Add another preamp channel to your amp
