January 22, 2003

Contour A/V Solutions announced their new SpaceShuttle A/V controller along with their ShuttlePRO controller the NAMM Show.

Modeled after the ShuttlePRO, the SpaceShuttle A/V brings professional multimedia control to users at an affordable price. "We developed the SpaceShuttle A/V as a means of bringing the power and productivity of the ShuttlePRO to a much broader audience," explained Rick Muldoon, President and CEO of CAVS. "We're delighted to learn that users are already moving beyond audio/video applications, and finding that the SpaceShuttle A/V is a great productivity booster across all kinds of multimedia and business applications."

The SpaceShuttle A/V is a five button, jog and shuttle controller. Each element of the controller can be assigned to perform frequently performed commands. The SpaceShuttle A/V ships with pre-programmed settings for virtually all leading audio, video and multimedia applications. Through a control panel interface, users can easily customize the standards settings, and create new settings for their favorite applications. All ShuttlePRO and SpaceShuttle A/V settings are available for free and immediate download from the CAVS website at www.contouravs.com, together with the full list of applications currently supported, including Digidesign Protools, Cakewalk Sonar, Steinberg Cubase SX and Nuendo, Sonic Foundry ACID PRO and Sound Forge, MOTU Digital Performer, and Emagic Logic Audio V 5.0.
