To those who want an ESP that pulls out all the stops, we're happy to say:
Here they are, the ESP Custom Series. These limited production models are
made by the ESP Custom Shop, and come with the most popular features and
specifications requested by Custom Shop players.
The Eclipse Custom, ESP's evergreen single cut guitar, has a mahogany body,
available in either black or see-thru black cherry (on a quilted maple top),
with neck-thru-body, and features EMG-81 active pickups, Sperzel locking
tuners, TonePros locking bridge/tailpiece, 22 XJ frets, and a 3-piece maple
neck with ebony fretboard. The Viper Custom sports a similar list of
features, but with 24 XJ frets and is available in see-thru-black and
see-thru black cherry (both with flamed maple tops).
The Horizon Custom and Horizon 3 Custom are both double cutaway guitars,
made of mahogany, with neck-thru-body, 25.5" scale, 3-piece maple neck, and
come with Seymour Duncan JB & '59 pickups, Sperzel locking tuners, and
TonePros locking bridges. The Horizon features a quilted maple top and
string-thru-body, while the Horizon 3 has a flamed maple top and stop
tailpiece. Both are available in amber sunburst and see thru aqua.
