Hohner Expands BBass Line

Hohner has improved and expanded its BBass line with new bass guitar models and colors making their debut at the NAMM Show in Anaheim. The BBass line now includes six models and two new finishes.
Three of the newest BBass models are crafted with solid U.S. maple bodies, with Antique Violin Dark finished quilted maple tops. They offer sturdy neck-thru-body construction, rosewood fingerboards, 24 frets, two-way adjustable truss rods (the 6-string has dual two-way adjustable rods), Hip Shot licensed Y-type tuners, two Select by EMG pickups, active tone controls, and Cosmo black nickel hardware. This model as a 4-string (BBASSIVQ-AVD) has an MSRP of $875. The 5-string (BBASSVQ-AVD) retails at $945 and the 6-string (BBASSVIQ-AVD) has an MSRP of $1125.
The three standard BBass models are all available in a new Grey Metallic Satin finish and the traditional Natural Satin finish. Each model features a solid U.S. maple body and neck, neck-thru-body construction, rosewood fingerboard, 24 frets, two-way adjustable truss rod (6-string has dual two-way rods), Hip Shot licensed Y-type tuners, two Select by EMG pickups, active tone control, and Cosmo black nickel hardware. The 4-string (BBASSIV) also offers a Steinberger licensed DB detunable bridge with fine tuners with an MSRP of $825.
The 5-string BBASSV model retails at just $875 and the 6-string BBASSVI has an MSRP of $1050. Hohner continues to offer these professional quality basses at a reasonable price.
