Young Chang America Inc. Becomes A N D Music Corp.

Young Chang America changed it's name to A N D Music Corp. beginning January 1, 2003.
"This company change gives a position of strength to begin 2003" said Ken Byers, Vice President of A N D Music Corp.'s Acoustic and Home division. "Without the previous obligations of Young Chang America, we are free to focus on our strengths and the North American market."
Michael Yi, President of A N D Music Corp. said, "While there is no change to our day to day operations, we are excited about the prospects of this new company and we look forward to our growth in the music industry."
A N D Music Corp. will continue to distribute Young Chang, Pramberger and Bergmann products, as well as all Kurzweil branded instruments. There will also be no change in the current distribution and dealer bases. "Our current dealers are one of our best assets.
