Ludwig Industries has created a collectors snare drum featuring their famous Black Beauty brass shell and accessorized with brass-plated hardware. The snare drum has the Ludwig sound with the contrasting beauty of brass hardware on the black shell.
The Brass on Brass Black Beauty features a 5x14" or 6.5x14" brass shell with center bead that is finished with a black beauty finish. Hardware appointments include brass plated die cast hoops, brass plated tube lugs, and the brass plated snare strainer system. The Brass on Brass features the latest in snare strainer design with the P86 Millennium Snare Strainer with a quick release and center positioned snare adjustment knob.
The LB416BT is a 5x14" model and has a USA suggested retail price of $920. The 6.5x14" version is model number LB417BT and has a USA suggested retail price of $945. These models are truly for the drummer that wants finest sound combined with a great Classic look.
