| Peavey Introduces Generation EXP Series Guitars

January 21, 2003At Winter NAMM, Peavey Electronics introduced the new Generation EXP Series guitars, designed with neo-traditional cosmetics but circuitry to accommodate all contemporary musical styles. The Generation EXP Series includes a refined Quilt Top Piezo model and a standard Piezo model for replicating an acoustic guitar sound.
Peavey's high output ceramic pickups are perfect for "hot" tones like bright, clean guitar and scorching distortion. The new Generation EXP Piezo even features their patented ACM circuit, which replicates an acoustic guitar sound, and can be blended with a traditional electric guitar sound for a hybrid tone.
All Generation EXP guitars are made from high quality solid alder with a rosewood fingerboard, dual-expanding truss rod for accurate neck adjustments and a Humbucker-Single Coil-Single Coil pickup configuration in a 25" scale.
The Generation EXP Series will be available from Authorized Peavey Dealers in 2003.
