Drum Workshop has announced the addition of two new snare drums to their line of Workshop Series drums. The 5x14" Carbon Fiber and Black/Brass models feature black-chrome hardware and DW upgrades such as coated DW batter heads with recommended tuning sequence, TruePitch tuning rods, drop-style throw-off and TrueTone snare wires for excellent sound and performance at a midrange price point.

The Carbon Fiber drum carries a suggested retail of $799.00 and the Black/Brass drum has a list price of $499.00.
