Fender Custom Shop Recreates 1955 Precision Bass

The '55 Precision Bass is a faithful recreation of the original 1955 Precision Bass using original tooling and period correct materials. The '55 features a one-piece Maple neck/fingerboard coupled to a "toneful" lightweight Ash body. True to the details of the time, the '55 also features front and back body contours and twin steel bridge saddles with strings loaded through the back of the bass. A single-ply White pickguard and the original small Precision Bass headstock complete the package.
