NAMM: SM Pro Audio Intros New Tube Condenser

SM Pro Audio announced their new Vaccum Tube Condenser Microphone at Winter NAMM.

The SM MC03 is a large vapour deposited gold diaphragm Vacuum Tube Condenser microphone. It comes shipped in a lockable aluminium flight-case with power supply, shock-mount assembly, standard mic cable, and special multi-pin microphone cable.

Tailored to suit a wide variety of applications, the SM MC03 is can handle vocal recordings, acoustic instruments, wind Instruments, and overheads.

  • Dedicated AC power supply included
  • Polar Patterns: (9 selectable patterns) Omnidirectional, cardioid, figure 8, and 6 intremediate stages, all selectable on AC powering unit.
  • Rugged Shock Mount included (additional replacement elastic included)
  • Lockable aluminium flight-case included
  • Mic cable and special valve mic cable included (multi-pin)
  • Frequency Response: 20Hz-20KHz
