Setting out to design a new bass with a lot of 'bang for the buck', Schecter hits the mark with their new OMEN 4 and 5 string basses. These new Diamond Series basses feature Schecter's 'classic' arched body style that is both sleek and balanced. The 24-fret neck is bolted on to the contoured Basswood body by a unique 6-bolt configuration that allows easy access to the instruments upper register. While the Omen-4 is the industry standard 34" scale, the new Omen-5 has an extended 35" scale, which delivers a tighter, much more focused low 'B'. The Omen Basses powered by two full range Diamond Bass Humbuckers and an Active 2-Band Active EQ circuit, giving 12db cut and boast control of the bass and treble frequencies. Available in: Gloss Black w/ chrome hardware and Walnut Satin w/ black hardware Left hand versions also available (Gloss Black only, +$50.00) MSRP: OMEN-4 $499.00 / OMEN-5 $549.00 All Schecter Diamond Series Guitars are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
