January 17, 2003
Advertisement At Winter NAMM, Stanton announced its new RM-22 Rackmount DJ Mixer, a 4-channel DJ mixer in a convenient 19" rackmount design–perfect for nightclubs, mobile DJ's and remix studios. This full-featured mixer gives DJs 3 phono inputs, 9 line inputs and 3 mic inputs, allowing for simultaneous connection to multiple turntables, CD players, and microphones. A Gain control with Clip LED on every channel allows for precise volume adjustments. And a dual 7-band Master EQ with On/Off switch permits DJs to tweak their overall mix to suit a variety of venues and sound systems. But it doesn't stop there. Mic inputs 1 and 2 feature 2-band EQ with Talkover function. Handy Fader Start controls can be used to trigger CD players like Stanton's S-250, S-550, S-650 MKII and the S-750 models. And the RM-22 s extensive Cue section offers PFL, Cue Pan, Stereo/Split controls and dual headphone outputs for tag-team mixing. Independent Zone and Booth outputs with switchable LED round out this impressive package. Rock-solid reliability, great sound and massive flexibility make the RM-22 the ideal nightclub and studio mixer. MSRP: $299.00 For more information, visit their web site at http://www.stantonmagnetics.com/.
