Six New Electric and Acoustic String Sets from D'Addario

D'Addario announced the development of six new electric and acoustic sets designed to meet growing and niche needs in the guitar market.
New guitar sets that cater to players who prefer heavier gauges include:
EXL145 (.012-.054) $8.99 Heavy strings for heavy music. Designed for players who like a heavier gauge set, but prefer an unwound G string. It is also ideal for players who tune down to D and want to retain a normal, comfortable playing tension.
EXL158 (.013-.062) $13.99 Electric baritone guitars are popping up everywhere. D'Addario worked closely with top manufacturers to create a , light gauge packaged set for electric baritone guitars. EXL158s can also be used on a normal scale guitar tuned down to B or C. D'Addario also offers a medium-gauge baritone set (XL157, .014-.068)
EXP23 Baritone Acoustic Guitar (.016-.070) $27.99 New trends in acoustic guitar music and manufacturing led to the development of a D'Addario acoustic baritone guitar set. As with other EXP sets, the outer wrap wire is coated with an exclusive ultra-fine EXP coating before it's wound onto the core, protecting the string from premature corrosion which can cause strings to go dead. EXP23's are now standard equipment on all Tacoma Baritone guitars.
EJ37 12-String Guitar (.012-.054) $21.99 Built for improved low-end response and dynamics, this set is ideal for 12-string fingerstyle players. Most 12-string sets have a plain octave A string, which is often overpowered by the wound A. EJ37's feature a .022 wound A, which gives the set a more powerful and defined tone.
Also new are the High-Strung/Nashville tuning sets:
EXL150H ($6.99) and EJ38H ($8.99) Often, players build their own high-strung sets from singles or utilize the octave strings from a 12-string set.
