IK Multimedia used the Winter NAMM show to announce that the T-RackS 24 analog modeled mastering software for MacOS X will be available by the end of January 2004.
A complete audio mastering solution for MacOS X
T-RackS 24 is software dedicated entirely to audio mastering with actual physical models of tube circuitry. It offers a complete workstation made of 4 discrete processors:
- A six band parametric EQ
- A classic stereo tube compressor/leveler
- A multiband master stereo Limiter
- An output stage with soft-clipping
f T-RackS can enhance mix frequencies, broaden the stereo image as well as boost or precisely level the dynamic range. All of this, while adding the warmth and space of the tube-devices it emulates.
Price and Availability
T-RackS 24 for MacOSX will be available at $299 MSRP, at the end of January 2004.
Users that bought T-RackS 24 after 1st December 2003 will be able to download it for free from the user area on www.t-racks.com
Users that have purchased it previously can upgrade for a price of $79 online.
