Parker Guitars unveiled its newly expanded series of Parker Mojo instruments at the 2004 Winter NAMM Convention. The Parker Mojo Series will include The Fly Mojo Flame and Fly Mojo, the NiteFly Mojo Flame and NiteFly Mojo, and the Fly Mojo 4-String Bass. The Parker Mojo series of instruments have begun to ship to authorized Parker Dealers.

The Fly Mojo and the new Fly Mojo Flame are made from a solid one-piece mahogany body joined to a solid mahogany neck with Parker's reinforced carved multiple fingerjoint. The Fly Mojo Flame features a AAA Flame Maple face that provides a stunning look without changing the warm mahogany tones of the instrument. NiteFly Mojo and NiteFly Mojo Flame models are also constructed from solid mahogany and offer a true bolt-on neck design. The NiteFly Mojo Flame has a traditional carved AAA Flame Maple top which not only looks great, but adds a crisp high-end snap to the warm mahogany tone. All Mojo guitars include Parker's patented neck design with stainless steel frets and Parker's ultra-durable and fast carbon glass fingerboard.

The four new Parker Mojo guitars feature Seymour Duncan Jazz pickups at the neck and JB pickups at the bridge, with a coil tap that provides six magnetic pickup coil combinations for a wide range of classic sounds. They also feature a custom Fishman stereo preamp with voltage-doubled circuit to blend the magnetic pickup signal with the acoustic voice of a 6-element Fishman piezo system .

The Fly Mojo 4-String Bass is Parker's second offering to the bass community, resulting from the tonal recommendations from Tom Hamilton and other players who wanted a mid-range focused sound. The body of the Fly Mojo Bass, like the original Fly Bass, is constructed from 12 layers of acoustic guitar top Sitka Spruce with a Maple face and back. The carbon-reinforced neck is made from 16 layers of Mahogany that contains continuous wood fiber from the base of the bridge pickup to the Maple headstock. The result is a lightweight and delightfully responsive platform unique to Parker, topped-off with EMG 35CS active humbuckers, custom Fishman active mid-range boost and a traditional passive tone control circuit for those warm sexy tones.
