Marshall Introduces RockBox Amp Package

January 24, 2004

Marshall introduced the ROCKBOX at NAMM, an all-inclusive amp package for entry-level players.

The centerpiece of the ROCKBOX is the MG15DFX amplifier, which features Marshall's classic looks and world-famous logo. Also included is an array of extras – a Marshall electronic guitar/bass tuner; a padded guitar gig bag and guitar strap sporting the Marshall logo; 15 foot guitar cable; a spare set of strings; a string winder; two Marshall picks; and an instructional DVD.

Voiced by the designers of the Marshall AVT, MODE FOUR, and JCM2000 Series amplifiers, the compact, 15-Watt MG15DFX features a 1 x 8" custom-voiced speaker; built-in digital FX; dual Gain stages; Treble, Bass, and Contour controls; line out and headphone jacks; and CD input.
