NAMM: Ovation Updates DiMeola Signatures

New for 2004, Ovation has redesigned and upgraded their Al DiMeola signature models. These guitars feature acoustic and acoustic/electric improvements including modifying the internal bracing and adding in the new OP PRO preamp. Al has been closely involved with specing and proofing the new OP PRO preamp and has been performing with the redesigned guitars during live shows. Ovation's new OP PRO preamp is featured in Al's signature models as well as Ovation's new LX Series.

New Al DiMeola models also feature Ovation's Original Patented pickup – now available in a classic design, using the exact components from early Ovation guitars. Finish range has been expanded to include both Black and Natural finishes.
