Ashdown's dedication to bass sound has just taken another step forward with the launch of the Performer Series of bass strings, offering an alternative to Ashdown's existing Wide Boy Series of hand wound strings.
The stainless steel Performer Series bass strings are available in a selection of popular-sized four, five and six-string sets. Wound to exacting tolerances for longer life, they provide the busy working bass player with a big sound and exceptional value for money.
Four-string sets are available in four types: ST-4SH, ST-4SM, ST-4SML and ST-4SL, each offering a progressively lighter gauge. Five-string players are catered for by two medium gauge sets: ST-5ML and ST-5M, while the ST-6SM set is designed specifically for six-string bassists.
