Entertaining audiences for decades with The Scorpions, UFO and his own band the Michael Schenker Group (MSG) Schenker's feisty fretwork, his fast and melodic technique, and his quality of tone place him beyond easy categorization. His sound and style is heavy, but the deployment of razor-edged riffs and inventive solo runs relies as much on harmony as it does on elemental blues scales. It's a classic sound that's been highly influential and much revered throughout the decades.

Schenker recently signed a new exclusive worldwide deal with Dean Guitars, and the first line of guitars was introduced at NAMM.

The electric models are the Michael Schenker Standard, the Michael Schenker Custom & the Michael Schenker USA model.

Late in 2004 Dean introduced the first Schenker guitar model ...a limited edition USA (only 100 will be made) all individually signed by Michael. The total run of these $4500 beauties sold out in only 4 days. Dean Guitars plans to start shipping these models in early February.

The two acoustic models are Michael Schenker Exotica and the Michael Schenker Performer.
