ESI announced that it is shipping the MaXiO 032, a 24-bit/192kHz PCI Audio/MIDI interface with 4 ADAT I/O ports. The basic MaXiO 032 system consists of a breakout box and a PCI interface.
The 4 ADAT inputs and 4 ADAT outputs provide 32 input and 32 output channels, via a single PCI card and its breakout box. There is also S/PDIF I/O and a full 16 channel MIDI interface, plus stereo analog input with microphone preamps (including 48V phantom power).
Also, the MaXiO 032 system can be expanded via its E.D.I (EgoSys Digital Interface) connectors into a full MaXiO XD system by adding one or several EX8000 units.

- Word Clock I/O: Fs / 256*Fs, BNC connector

- Internal 64-ch digital mixer

- Slot compatibility (c) designed to suit for +3.3V and/or +5V PCI slot
- M.D.I connection between PCI card and breakout box
