GHS Releases Dave Mustaine Signature Strings

World-renowned metal guitarist, Dave Mustaine has lent his name to a new Signature Series of electric guitar strings from GHS.

Working with GHS Strings to bring a new version of their Progressives "Filament Grade Alloy" strings on the market, Mustaine has used the GHS product while recording the latest Megadeth CD, "The System Has Failed", and while touring.

The Signature Set of Progressives is made up of a thin top and heavy bottom gauging. The item code is PRDM and retails for $9.95. Progressives offer a magnetically active filament grade alloy surrounding a premium core wire. The packaging features Dave Mustaine's signature across the front.
