| GTEL34M Mullard Reissue Announced at NAMM

Hot on the heels of last year's introduction of the GT12AX7M, Groove Tubes has added another reissue of a classic Mullard vacuum tube to their line. The GTEL34M is a faithful reproduction of the Mullard EL34, known worldwide as the 'holy grail' of power tubes for high gain guitar amplifiers.
The GT EL34M is a pentode power tube designed as a replacement for aging tubes in high gain amplifiers such as Marshalls. Any amp using EL34 power tubes should benefit from the excellent sounding, highly responsive, and harmonically rich tone produced by these tubes. The original Mullard EL34 -- factory-standard equipment in Marshalls and other classic amps from the era -- has been out of production since the early '70s, and it's not unusual to see these rare and highly sought-after tubes being sold for hundreds of dollars each.
