January 24, 2005Hartke's VX series now includes two new combos that feature the all-new HA2500 amplifier section, the VX2510 and VX2515. There is also a new VX210 2x10" passive cab rounding out the VX line.
The VX2510 combo features two 10-inch VX paper cone drivers and a 1-inch horn-loaded, high frequency titanium compression driver, in a tuned ported, 3/4-inch plywood cabinet. The new HA2500 amp section supplies 250 Watts of power with built-in variable compression, 10-band graphic EQ, tube and solid-state pre-amps and variable high and low contour controls. Heavy-duty casters and rugged side handles make for easy transport from the studio to gigs and everywhere in between.
The VX2515 features a single 15-inch VX paper cone driver, matched with a horn-loaded titanium high frequency driver. The same quality 3/4-inch plywood cabinet construction is ported and tuned for extended low-end response. The 2500 amp section supplies the combo with 250-Watts of headroom, more then enough to cover a variety of playing situations. The 2500 with variable compression, tube and solid-state pre-amps, and 10-band graphic EQ give you all the tone control you could ever need. The VX2515 travels like a pro thanks to the durable black carpet covering, stacking corners, recessed handles, steel grill and casters.
The new VX210 features two 10-inch VX paper cone drivers and a single horn-loaded titanium high frequency driver. With 200-Watts of power handling the VX210 makes a great single cabinet setup for smaller gigs, or an addition to a VX410 or single VX115 cabinet.
Lightweight 3/4-inch plywood construction makes the VX210 strong, yet extremely portable from gig to gig. Durable black carpet with stacking corners and a steel mesh grill keep the internal components safe from the hazards of travel and live performance.
