Phonic has announced the release of the Helix Board 12 and Helix Board 17, two USB enabled mixers that give you all the functionality of a dedicated computer audio interface combined with the functionality and audio performance of a mixer.
Helix mixers are compatible with most Mac or PC computers and no drivers are required.
Helix Board 12 Features:
- Stereo USB Direct Connectivity to your computer
- Four mono Mic/Line channels
- Two stereo channels, two stereo AUX Returns, two AUX Sends
- 3-band EQ on each channel
- 75 Hz low-cut filter on mono channel
- Inserts and phantom power on Mic channels
- Stereo AUX Send 1 cue for monitoring individual channel
- Master AUX section with EFX to Monitor
- Extra ALT 3-4 stereo bus
- Mini Stereo I/O and RCA-type inputs and outputs
- Rec out with trim control for record level matching
- Control room/Phones source matrix
- Balanced master output with 60 mm fader control
- High-volume headphone output
- DFX, our 24-bit digital multi-effect processor with 16 programs plus one main parameter control, tap control and foot switch jack

- Stereo USB Direct Connectivity to your computer
- 44.1 kHz S/PDIF digital output
- Five Mic/Line channels with inserts and phantom power
- Three stereo channels with 4-band EQ
- 3-band EQ with swept mid-range plus low cut on each mono channel
- Pre-fader solo for easy level-setting
- Two AUX Sends, one with Pre/Post switch
- Three Stereo AUX returns; two with EFX to monitor level control
- Two true subgroups with Main L and R routing switches
- Rec out with trim control for record level matching
- Mini Stereo I/O for digital media
- Rec out with trim control for recording level matching
