New RE920Tx Wireless Horn Microphone from EV

January 26, 2005

RE920Tx

EV announced the addition of the RE920Tx horn microphone to its extensive line of wireless products.

The RE920Tx is a cardioid condenser mic, designed specifically for wireless use with musical instruments. It includes a specially designed instrument-mount clip assembly on a flexible gooseneck, which securely holds the mic in place while isolating it from all mechanical vibration. The mic is terminated in a TA4F connector wired for use with EV and Telex bodypack transmitters, and includes a foam windscreen and gig bag.

The RE920Tx is an affordable, high-performance solution for customers looking for maximum sound quality with minimal hardware. It has a frequency response of 80 Hz – 18 KHz (+/- 3 dB), a sensitivity rating of 0.5mV, and a maximum SPL handling of 148 dB.
