This winter, Gretsch brings back the "rarest of the rare"–the all new G6128TCG Duo Jet in Cadillac Green. Designed for Gretsch players, collectors and vintage aficionados, the new G6128TCG is an accurate reproduction of the extremely rare 1957 Gretsch 6128T with Synchro-Sonic bridge, Cadillac Green Top, and gold hardware, and this is the first time ever that Gretsch has offered this model as a reissue.

Said Mike Lewis, Marketing Manager for Gretsch, "Only a handful of these guitars were ever made in this color and with these features, and for Gretsch fans and collectors, finding an original 1957 6128T is been the equivalent of winning the lottery!"

Unveiled at this winter's NAMM show in Anaheim, California, the single cutaway, semi-hollow G6128TCG electric guitar features a heavily chambered mahogany body with arched laminated maple top, one-piece mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard with vintage hump block position markers, and aged binding.

The G6128TCG features two Gretsch DynaSonic single-coil pickups with tone pot circuitry, three-position toggle switch, and Volume 1, Volume 2, Master Volume and Master Tone controls. Additional features include a gold-plated Bigsby B3G vibrato tailpiece and a Gretsch Synchro-Sonic bridge, a gold plexi pickguard, gold hardware and Grover Sta-Tite machine heads

US MSRP is $3,325.00.
