NAMM: "New Classic" Snares from Gretsch

Gretsch Drums used the 2005 Winter NAMM show to to introduce limited edition New Classic Snares. Gretsch's New Classic Chrome over Brass snares are based on the vintage 4160 model snare, with New Classic features. A total of 200 "New Classic" 4160 drums will be produced worldwide, 30 of which will feature gold accented hardware. These models include:
New Classic Curly Maple models feature Gretsch's 6-ply Maple shell with a hand-selected, exotic figured veneer. Due to limited availability of Curly Maple veneer, these drums will only be produced in 2005. Offered models are:
