Schecter Guitar has plans to debut their new Stiletto Exotic Bass at Winter NAMM in Anaheim. The new Exotic Bass features a Thru-Body Multi-Laminate neck and solid exotic wood top. Two versions will be available, the Exotic-FM, with a highly figured Flamed Maple top: and the Exotic ZW, constructed with Zebra Wood. Both are finished in a hand-rubbed oil finish These 34" scale beauties will be armed with Duncan Designed soapbar SB-101 pickups and further enhanced by a Duncan active BEQ-3 EQ system. This 18 volt system gives the Exotic headroom, as well as 12db cut or boost control over Bass, Middle and Treble frequencies. Seymour Duncan's patented 'sap contour' (activated via a mini toggle) accentuates the upper mids for finger style playing. Satin Gold hardware and a massive adjustable bridge round the Exotic Bass's features. As with all Schecter Diamond Series Basses, Elixir strings are standard. Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price: $1179.00 For more information, visit their web site at http://www.schecterguitars.com/.
