Universal Audio Announces Licensing Agreement With AMS Neve Limited
UA to co-develop licensed UAD-1 Classic Console Plug-Ins

Universal Audio, a manufacturer of high-quality vintage audio hardware and DSP software plug-ins for digital audio workstations, today announced a trademark licensing agreement with AMS Neve Limited. Under the terms of this agreement, Universal Audio will develop plug-in software emulations of Neve signal processors for their UAD-1 DSP Card & Powered Plug-Ins™ system. The first product to be launched under the new agreement will be the Neve 1073 Equalizer.
