TH-15A 200W Active PA Loudspeaker

TAPCO is pleased to introduce the TH-15A, a 200-watt Active PA loudspeaker that uses fully-integrated electronics to achieve levels of performance and acoustic quality unmatched by any loudspeaker near its price.

More than just a simple "powered" loudspeaker, the Thump TH-15A's features integrated "Active" electronics, which provide separate amplifiers for the 15-inch woofer and one-inch compression driver, as well as active crossovers (which eliminates phase anomalies and the need for external processing hardware), and time-correction circuitry. Audio quality is further enhanced thanks to the inclusion of a 3-band EQ with dual sweepable mid-range. As a result, the TH-15A delivers exceptionally high SPL with little distortion and an overall sonic character much more musical than similarly prices powered designs.

The Thump TH-15A also features a lightweight and durable polypropylene enclosure that can be both pole mounted or placed on its side in the monitor position for extra versatility. The I/O section includes XLR inputs and through connections.

The new TAPCO Thump TH-15A will be available Q2 2006 and will have a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $429.99.
