Due to rapid acceptance of VoiceSolo as a respected solution for monitoring vocals, as well as the increasing demand from singers to have the highest quality vocal monitoring in live performance, TC-Helicon has released a sonic upgrade to its VoiceSolo line of personal vocal monitors. The three new models in the VoiceSolo XT Series are developed specifically with enhanced vocal fidelity in mind. The most important characteristics that comprise quality vocal sound are augmented in the new models including SPL, frequency response, off-axis response, resonance tests, and the most important test - hours of critical listening by vocalists. VoiceSolo XT's ability to flawlessly reproduce the human voice is combined with the line's unique mic-stand mounting options, vocalist volume control, and extremely rugged construction. The three new VoiceSolo XT models are VSM-300 XT available at a suggested retail price of EUR 299, VSM-200 XT at EUR 249, and VSM-200p XT at EUR 149. All three products are now shipping worldwide.
VoiceSolo VSM-300 XT uses a 150 watt BASH amplifier, onboard mixer and EQ, and custom ICT 6.5" speaker. An I/O box is included with 4 inputs, 6 outputs, mic preamp and phantom power. VoiceSolo VSM-200 XT employs the same amplifier and driver combination as VSM-300 XT combined with mic or line input with pass through, and a front-mounted volume control.VSM-200P XT is a passive monitor featuring a custom design ICT 6.5" speaker and integrated tweeter and runs at 8 ohms. It features a detented front volume control and professional grade Speakon™ connectors. All VoiceSolo monitors' cast aluminium enclosures feature a bass port that doubles as a carrying handle, multiple rubber surfaces for use as a compact wedge monitor, and adapters for integration with standard mic stands. A mic-stand boom can also be snapped into place on top of VoiceSolo XT for a fully integrated vocal monitor on a stand.
